The Transit-Sync Experience

At Loomi™, we execute a Transit-Sync. Each order undergoes a final Clinical Quality Audit at our logistics hub before being dispatched to your coordinates. We believe the anticipation of a ritual is part of the experience. To ensure you receive the most advanced wellness technology + fresh biotech formulations, we utilize a global fulfillment model that prioritizes quality over speed.

1. Fulfillment + Processing

• Transit-Sync Duration: 1–3 Business Days.

• Modular Delivery: To ensure your ritual begins as soon as possible, components of your order may arrive in Multiple Deployments. There is no additional cost for this staggered integration.

• The Clinical Standard: All orders undergo a 24–48 hour quality inspection + processing period before dispatch.

• Processing Sync: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

2. Transit Times

We offer two primary tiers of shipping to ensure your essentials arrive safely:

3. Shipping Rates

• GCC & Asia: Complimentary shipping is provided on all orders over $75. Orders below this threshold carry a flat $9.99 delivery fee.

• International: Complimentary global shipping is provided on orders over $150. Orders below this threshold carry a flat $14.99 delivery fee.

• For our community in the United States and Canada, we offer two distinct pathways to receive your wellness essentials.

4. Tracking Your Ritual

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

Operational Boundaries

• Address Accuracy: Once a system has entered Transit-Sync, we are unable to modify the destination coordinates. Please ensure your delivery address is finalized at checkout.

• External Factors: While we strive for zero-friction delivery, Loomi is not responsible for delays caused by courier logistics, customs clearance, or localized "Force Majeure" events.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Our responsibility ends once the courier confirms "Delivered" to your coordinates. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is a secure sanctuary.

• Tracking Gap: It is common for tracking links to take 3–5 days to show active movement as the package clears international export hubs. This is a normal part of the global transit process.

5. Customs + Import Duties

Loomi is not responsible for any destination country's custom duties or import taxes. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

 Notice for US + Canadian Customers Due to 2026 trade regulation updates, shipments arriving from our global fulfillment centers may be subject to import duties regardless of order value.

• US Customers: A standard import fee (typically 15-25%) may be collected by the carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL) prior to delivery.

• Canadian Customers: GST/HST and provincial taxes, along with a standard brokerage fee, will be assessed at the border.

• Our Protocol: To keep your initial purchase price clinical and accessible, Loomi does not collect these taxes at checkout. They remain the responsibility of the importer (the customer).
