WHY I BUILT LOOMI

I spent over $10,000 on wellness products over three years.

A fancy yoga mat that collected dust. Sleep supplements I'd forget to take. A massage gun I used twice. A meditation app subscription I never opened. Red light therapy panels that stayed in the box for months.

Each purchase made sense individually. Each promised transformation. But nothing stuck. Nothing became part of my actual life.

Then one morning, exhausted after another terrible night's sleep, I had a realization:

The problem wasn't the products. It was that I was collecting tools instead of building systems.

A massage gun works when it's part of a complete post-workout recovery ritual. A wake-up light works when it's integrated with morning hydration and movement. A sleep supplement works when it's the final piece of a complete sleep sanctuary.

So I started experimenting. I cleared my bedroom of everything except sleep-related tools. I created a dedicated corner for morning activation. I built a recovery zone in my living room.

Within 30 days, everything changed. I was waking up naturally at 5:30am. Sleeping 7-8 hours consistently. Training harder with less soreness. The transformation wasn't from buying better products—it was from creating complete environments.

That's why I built Loomi.
