The material is thick and grippy. I've been doing hot yoga at home and no slipping at all. Sweat doesn't affect the grip which was my biggest concern.
I have to say, Part of my 6am routine now. High quality, easy to roll up, no weird smell. The thickness is perfect — enough cushion without being unstable.

The resistance bands are colour-coded which makes following workout videos so easy. The fabric ones don't roll up like the latex ones do. Love them.
