Shipping Disclaimers + Operational Policies

Address Accuracy + Order Modifications

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping, contact, and delivery details are entered flawlessly at checkout.

  • The Modification Window: Due to our automated order-routing infrastructure, modifications, cancellations, or address corrections can only be guaranteed within 2 hours of order placement.

  • Un-routeable Shipments: If a package is deemed undeliverable, returned to the origin hub, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer, Loomi cannot assume liability. Redelivery fees will apply to re-route the consignment to a corrected destination.

Customs, Regulatory Holds + Importation

  • Standard Tiers: For orders placed under our Loomi Eco-Standard or global priority tiers without explicit DDP branding, the recipient is recognized as the importer of record. You may be subject to localized import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied once a shipment reaches your border.

  • Regulatory Delays: Loomi exercises zero operational control over localized customs processing speeds. Delays induced by customs inspections, international border hold-ups, or regulatory clearance protocols do not qualify a shipment for a standard delivery delay refund.

Carrier Liability, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • The Transfer of Risk: Upon possession of the shipment by our designated international or domestic carrier networks, ownership and the risk of loss transfer directly to the recipient.

  • Delivered Status Disputes: If your automated tracking dashboard registers your consignment as "Delivered" but you have not physically received the package, you must contact the localized carrier agent directly within 48 hours to initiate a terminal investigation.

  • Loomi’s Protection Threshold: Loomi cannot issue financial refunds or complimentary product replacements for shipments that carry an official, verified carrier timestamp of successful delivery to the address provided on the invoice.

Force Majeure + Macro Disruptions

  • Loomi remains insulated from liability for failure to meet estimated transit windows due to events outside of our practical control. This includes, but is not limited to: severe meteorological anomalies, global health mandates, port closures, localized labor strikes, postal backlogs, or international transit supply chain network failures.
